From breakfast to dinner, QuarantunoDodici proposes an array of delicious options along with seafood from the local coast daily.

QuarantunoDodici’s staff welcomes you to a splendid location within Nautilus, a wellness destination on the banks of the Tiber that’s just a short trip from Rome. It proves the ideal place for a work breakfast, a lunch in our outdoor garden overlooking the river, or for a romantic, candlelit dinner. The dishes, conceptualized and prepared by Chef Lele Usai and his young team, are “pop” versions of the offerings at Il Tino, the Michelin starred-restaurant located on the top floor of the complex. Recipes are based on regional cuisine and strongly inspired by local culinary traditions.

Dishes are simple in appearance yet created with excellent ingredients and superbly executed. Freshness and veracity are two elements that never lack in our menu.

The lunch menu is flanked by the “Piatto dell’equipaggio,” or the special of the day, dishes often inspired by that morning’s purchases at the fish auction and dedicated to those who visit QuarantunoDodici on a daily basis and are seeking out new dishes.
